1. Who we are
These conditions govern purchases of training programs, bundles and certification vouchers from ThinkCyber Innovations, S.L. (NIF B70794680, Calle Gaudí 33, 4-3, Esc. C, 08207 Sabadell (Barcelona), Spain — legal@thinkcyber-innovations.com). They complement the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
2. What you can purchase

Training programs and bundles: online access to hands-on training on the Cyberium Arena platform, valid for the period indicated at purchase (normally 12 months from activation).

Certification vouchers: the right to sit a City & Guilds Assured certification exam for eligible programs, to be scheduled after purchase. Passing the exam is subject to the exam's own rules; purchase of a voucher does not guarantee certification.
3. How the purchase works
You can buy directly on this website — create a customer account, complete the secure checkout and pay — or contact our team and arrange the purchase directly (quote and invoice). For online purchases you will receive an order confirmation by email. Access is set up personally by our team and is normally active within 2 working days of purchase; we will contact you with your access details.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Online payments are processed by Stripe (credit/debit card); we never see or store your full card details. In case of an obvious pricing error we will contact you before processing the order. Invoices are available on request at legal@thinkcyber-innovations.com.
5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you buy as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason — as long as you have not yet started using it. By completing your purchase you expressly request that the service be made available to you immediately and you acknowledge that once you first access the training content — or once your certification exam has been scheduled at your request — you lose the right of withdrawal (art. 103.m of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act).
To withdraw, write within the 14-day period to legal@thinkcyber-innovations.com stating your name and order reference. If you have not accessed the content, we will refund the full amount through the same payment method within 14 days.
6. Your obligations
Access is personal and non-transferable. You agree not to share your account or the training content, and to use the platform and the techniques taught lawfully and ethically. Serious misuse may lead to suspension of access without refund, without prejudice to any other remedies.
7. Conformity and support
We are liable for the conformity of the service under applicable consumer law. If something does not work as described, contact us at legal@thinkcyber-innovations.com and we will fix it, or, where that is not possible, offer a proportionate price reduction or refund.
8. Applicable law and disputes
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring or face claims before the courts of their own domicile; they may also resort to the official consumer arbitration bodies. For any other case, the courts of Sabadell (Barcelona) are competent.
