Skills Assessment

Know where your people actually stand. A skills assessment that measures real, hands-on capability across offensive, defensive and investigative work — so training and hiring start from evidence, not guesswork.

Status

A dedicated assessment is coming with Cyberium 2.0.

We're building a fully independent skills-assessment product on the new generation of the Cyberium Arena platform. In the meantime, we run assessments as tailored engagements — a live, scenario-based benchmark adapted to each person's level, with a capability profile and gap analysis at the end. Need to assess a person or a team now?  Talk to us → and we'll scope it around your roles and the level you need to verify.

How it works

  • A live scenario, not a questionnaire.
The assessment runs on a real Level-2 scenario inside Cyberium Arena and adapts from there — up to Level-3 if the candidate excels, down to Level-1 fundamentals where needed — so the result reflects true working level.

  • A cross-domain capability profile.
Performance mapped across offensive, defensive and investigative skill domains — the Profiling step of our Profile · Train · Drill methodology.

  • Gaps and next steps.
A clear read of strengths, gaps and where to focus, feeding straight into a training path.

  • A team view for managers.
An aggregate picture of a unit's strengths and gaps — the way defence and enterprise organisations plan training and hiring.

The approach comes from national-scale cyber operations — the same Profiling stage behind CERT-IL's advanced SOC training and work with national defence and law-enforcement academies. It measures applied skill against live scenarios, not multiple-choice theory.
